Brian Bendle to head up Professional Liability division

Priest & Co has continued its expansion with the addition of a new team to manage the recently formed Professional Liability Division.

The team is headed up by Brian Bendle who has 28 years experience in the Lloyd’s and London market. Brian joins Priest from Tysers and prior to that spent 19 years at Lloyd’s brokers CBC UK Limited where he was a main board director. Brian brings a wealth of experience in providing professional indemnity and directors & officers liability solutions for direct clients and through intermediaries.

Brian is supported by Sarah Tarbin who is an ACII and has worked with him for 8 years. The third member of the team is Oliver Wharmby who brings with him, 6 years professional indemnity experience with particular expertise in legal and surveying risks.

The team are able to accommodate all classes of professional indemnity, directors & officers liability, pension trustee liability, charity trustees liability, crime, bankers blanket bonds and medical malpractice.
